The Gold’s Gym StrideTrainer 380 has a rear drive system, meaning the drive axle is located behind the user; it also comes with adequately sized pedals to make you feel more comfortable with each stride, yet the 14” stride length may be too small for those over 6 feet.
It comes equipped with six personal trainer workouts to help you lose weight, burn fat and stay motivated. Having these already set programs helps take the guesswork out of your workout by automatically adjusting your resistance, speed and intensity so the only thing you have to do is press start and be ready to sweat! It also come with a water bottle holder to make sure you are staying hydrated during these tough calorie burning workouts.
The StrideTrainer 380 also has an easy-to-read LCD window display making it easy to view your speed, time, distance, resistance, pulse and calories. It comes with convenient controls on the console to make adjust your workout quick and easy. The most convenient thing about this elliptical is the built-in transport wheels, this allows movement of the elliptical to be fast and easy.
